| Barn Owl on Welsh Slate |
Standing about 20" tall this fine piece of Welsh Slate was dug out of my parents garden in Mid Wales. It weighs a ton and once washed it looked really inviting to do something with. I was on a "Owl" fixation at the time and ended up painting this one in Acylics and finishing with a gloss varnish to protect it from the elements.
